PURPOSE:To enable to make a support member small and light and to make the entire structure of the above-titled apparatus compact, by constituting the same from a closing member formed with a hole, an annular magnet, an incorporated magnet, a shaft incapable of turning, and a movable support member. CONSTITUTION:When a support member 8 is moved out of place by an earthquake having a magnitude higher than a certain level, a valve body 9 loses its support, so that it drops by its own weight and a magnetic attractive force acted by a valve seat 3 having an opposite polarity to that of the valve body 9 and comes into tight contact with the valve seat 3 by the magnetic force. Resultantly, the valve is closed and supply of gas through the valve is stopped. However, when a cock is closed, the valve body 9 is raised upward by a repulsive force acted by the valve seat 3 having the same polarity as that of the valve body 9 until it comes into contact with a projection 11A of a disk 11 by the magnetic attractive force acted by the disk 11. Thus, the valve is opened but gas is not supplied since the cock is closed. |
