PURPOSE:To suppress an inclination of a working body to its minimum, by molding a conductive spring material in one boy together with a coil bobbin, and using it as the working body. CONSTITUTION:On the lower part of a working body 16a provded in an air gap 14 provided between a center yoke 13 and a top yoke 10, a conductive spring material 18a is provided by molding it in one body. Also, on the lowr surface part of the top yoke 10, an insulating spacer 24 consisting of an insulating material is provided, and is fixed so as to be coaxial to the spring material 18a, the working body 16a and the yoke 13. Accordingly, when a current flows to a coil 15, electromagnetic force operates on a valve body 5 in accordance with its current, and controls the pressure of a fluid outlet 4. According to such constitution, the spring material 18a is not deformed, does not become unsteady either, and an inclination of the working body 16a against the yoke 13 can be supressed to its minimum. |
