<p>Free ends of a strip (10) are inserted into a clip (15) to form an annulus (20) which is offered up to the wheel (not shown) it is required to fit. The size of the annulus (20) is adjusted, by cutting pieces off one end of the strip (10), until the annulus (20) will fit tightly into the wheel's rim. Then the clip (15) is crimped onto the free ends of permanent annulus (20).</p> |
