摘要 The present invention relates to a motor demagnetization diagnosis method for an eco-friendly vehicle. The motor demagnetization diagnosis method for an eco-friendly vehicle is employed to accurately diagnose the irreversible demagnetization state of a permanent magnet or a driving motor or a hybrid starter generator (HSG) without additional hardware usage, cost increase, or efficiency degradation while minimizing the influence of the irreversible demagnetization of the permanent magnet or driving motor on the vehicle performance. To achieve the above-described objective, the method for diagnosing the irreversible demagnetization of the motor charging a battery during a power generation operation of the eco-friendly vehicle, includes the steps of: obtaining driving state information of the motor; determining whether the motor satisfies a diagnosis entry condition including a state of generating power from the obtained driving state information of the motor; obtaining information of a direct current (DC) value during a diagnosis which is charged to the battery by the power generation operation of the motor to diagnose the irreversible demagnetization of the motor when the diagnosis entry condition is satisfied; and comparing the information of the DC value during the diagnosis with the DC value information regarding the permanent magnet in a normal state stored in advance to determine the occurrence of irreversible demagnetization.
