According to an aspect of the present invention, a high-precision resister control system may comprise: a plurality of printing rolls arranged to be spaced from each other at a consistent distance; a measurement sensor to measure a resister error generated by tension applied to a printing element printed by the printing rolls; a tension disturbance estimating device measuring tension applied to the printing element, and analyzing and investigating tension disturbance; and a main controller calculating a measurement value measured by the tension disturbance estimating device and the measurement sensor to control a position and a speed of the printing rolls.
