PURPOSE:To make sealing ability as well as to expose the ends of filler which is blended with synthetic rubber on the sliding plane in such a way that burrs at the tip of a rib part are protruded at the tip of a sealed plane, and they are cut off so as to form a rib edge. CONSTITUTION:When forming a rib part 2, burrs 5 are protruded and provided at the tip of a sealed plane 8 by changing the metal mold structure at the tip of the rib part, and the burrs 5 are cut off by means of a cutting tool or the like in the finishing process so as to form a rib edge 3. In result, the cutting plane 9 to be cut off as the burrs 5 at the time of finishing process on the rubber film which has been formed in the forming process are integrated at the tip part on the side 8 of the sealed plane. And, since the cutting plane 9 is integrated on the contact plane with an opposite shaft 4, it can form minute asperities on which the end of filler which is blended with synthetic rubber on the sliding plane, and improve sealing performance. |
