PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel π-conjugated polymer useful for forming a polymer organic semiconductor, an organic semiconductor formed of the polymer and a semiconductor device prepared therewith.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an organic polymer constituted by a repeating unit represented by the formula (1). The present invention provides a composition for forming an organic semiconductor, the composition comprising the organic polymer and organic solvent.
