PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance of a sliding portion by forming with reinforced resin a leaf spring main body whose one end is suppored by a sliding sheet and uniting a metal plate in one body with the sliding portion facing the sliding sheet. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 4 is united in one body with a sliding portion 1c making slidable contact with a sliding sheet of a leaf spring 1 made of fiber reinforced resin and is stuck thereto while preventing slippage in lateral direction with a projection 4b. By this constitution, the sliding sheet 3 is directly brought in contact with the metal plate 4 and not in contact with a fiber reinforced resin main body 1b of the leaf spring 1. Therefore, abrasion may be prevented as the main body 1b will be brought in slidable contact with the sliding sheet 3. |
