PURPOSE:To provide a heat sensitive recording body free from trouble of deformed picture capable of ensuring a clear picture under a high-speed printing with a better contact with a recording head and excellent in the cutting quality by a cutter by employing a horizontally uniaxial-stretching high polymer film for a supporting body of a heat sensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:A horizontally uniaxial stretching high polymer film including polyolefin such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester such as polyethylene telephthalate and polyamide is arranged to form a supporting body, on which a heat sensitive layer containing component for developing color by heat (leuco dye, phenol-oritented material, coupler and the like) are provided to obtain a desired heat sensitive body. |
