<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate useless parts, by isolating semiconductor power elements from a load controlling circuit, which is mounted on a terminal stage, mounting a power element unit, in which the isolated semiconductor power elements are built in, on the terminal stage so that the unit can be attached and removed, and electrically connecting the semiconductor power elements to the load controlling circuit. CONSTITUTION:Connector terminals 5-7, which are fixed to a terminal stage 1, are inserted into a plurality of terminal holes formed in the terminal stage 1. A recess 8a is formed at the central part of a heat sink 8, which is fixed to the terminal stage 1. A TRIAC Q is fixed to an auxiliary heat sink 11, which is coupled to the recess 8a through an electric insulating plate 12 made of ceramics. The tip parts of lead terminals 14-16 of first and second electrodes T1 and T2 of the TRIAC Q and a trigger terminal G are connected to the connector terminals 5-7, which are fixed to the terminal stage 1. Therefore, only a power element unit 10 is separated from the terminal stage 1 and the new power element unit 10 is fixed to the terminal stage 1 in replacement. Thus useless parts can be eliminated.</p> |
