<p>The heat-insulating screen is intended for a greenhouse. It is formed by a transparent plastic foil tube arranged zig-zag fashion whose parallel tube portions are slidably suspended below the glazing panels. One end of the tube is closed whilst the other end is connected to an air pump, the arrangement being such that, by inflating the tube, its parallel portions come into mutual sealing contact. When deflated, the slidable suspension permits the screen to be drawn to one side, curtain-fashion.</p> |
