PURPOSE:To exhaust completely gases and to prevent the loss of conditioned air in the room, by forming an air curtain between the space over a cooking table and the space in the room by the air from a blast nozzle provided along the upper edge of the front of the cooking table. CONSTITUTION:The air blast nozzle 3 is provided along the upper edge of the front of the cooking table A consisting of an oven 1 and a range 2, the blast nozzle 3 is in communication with the outside of the room via a duct 4, and air can be blasted upward from the front of the cooking table A by a fan 5 located outside. By operating an exhausting apparatus B and the fan 5, when air is blasted through the blast nozzle 3, the air curtain 10 is formed between the front of the cooking table A and the frontal lower edge of the hood 6. The stability of the curtain 10 is high and as the gases over the cooking table A hardly diffuses into the space 9 of the room, the burning of the gas is stablilzed, undesirable outflow of the conditioned air in the room can be prevented, and its loss is negligible. |
