发明名称 COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY METHOD FOR ROTARY ROLLER USING AIR BEARING
摘要 PURPOSE:To save power consumption by providing a compressed air supply system for air bearing which can be changed over to two series in such a maner as to be low-pressure compressed air at time of normal rolling and be high-pressure compressed air when overload is generated. CONSTITUTION:A compressed air supply pipe 7 coupled to a shaft 5 for supporting a separate roller 2 is conncted to a delivery pipe 8 for low-pressure compressed air and a delivery pipe 9 for high-pressure compressed air through a changing valve 10. The changing valve 10 is adapted to operate, interlocking with a detector 3 for broken yarn and can be changed by a manual switch 11. Accordingly, at time of normal rolling, operating compressed air passes from the delivery pipe 8 through the changing valve 10, and low-pressure compressed air is supplied from the supply pipe 7 corresponding to tension load of yarn which is rolled normally. If the yarn is broken due to overload, the detector 3 for broken yarn is adapted to detect the broken yarn and the changing valve 10 is changed over to high-pressure compressed air side by the signal.
