PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanging efficiency between a material to be heated and heat of combustion by constituting that an adjusting device of combustion quantity is provided in a gas passage so as to enable adjustment of the combustion quantity at a time of simultaneous application of two burners, in a captioned gas heater provided with two burners concentrically. CONSTITUTION:A valve 27 is rotated with a rotation of a knob 2, gas is flowed to a nozzle A7 through a gas supply opening 28, an inlet 29 and passages 30, 31 and 32 for combustion of an internal nozzle A. When the knob 2 is rotated further until the valve 27 reaches to an ignition position of an external nozzle B15, the passage 30 is closed and the gas supply opening 28 is connected with the nozzle B15 through passages 33 and 34 for ignition and connected with the nozzle A7 through passages 35 and 36 and an orifice 37 reduces combustion quantity and combustion is maintained. In this way, a number of burners to be applied and the size of a flame can be selected according to the size of a pan, and thermal efficiency can be improved. |
