PURPOSE:To simply correct the non-uniform settlement of a building by a method in which a lifter is coupled with the opening portion of a foundation to lift the foundation, a packer is charged into the lower part of the foundation, and then the foundation is fixed by screwing down the nut of anchor bolts. CONSTITUTION:A decorated plate 39 covering a foundation 14 is removed to expose an opening 19, the nut 18 of anchor bolts 12 is loosened, a lifter 45 is set on the side of a strip footing 11, and the tip of a supporter 42a is pressed into the opening 19 of the foundation 14. In this case, the roller 44 of a support bracket 43 is contacted with an outer wall through a reinforcing plate 46. A lifting base 42 is slided upwardly by a jack 47, the supporter 42a is coupled with the upside 15a of the foundation 14, the foundation 14 is lifted, level adjustment is made, a packer, e.g., steel plate, etc., is placed between the plate 13 under the foundation and the strip footing, and then cement mortar is poured into the space. |
