PURPOSE:To achieve restoration, by providing a monitor monitoring the failure which can not be discriminated with a program itself during execution, and detecting a failure, analyzing the cause to failure, restarting to a program during execution. CONSTITUTION:A failure monitor 4 monitors time monitor set devices 3a, 3b, and 3c during the execution of a program, and if the program during execution is not finished within a set time, it is discriminated as a failure, and a failed processor 5 is operated. The failed processor 5 operates a state storage device 6, an external alarm device 7, a restart device 8, and a failure continuous monitor 9 respectively. The storage device 6 stores the operating state of programs 1a, 1b and 1c for the analysis of failed state at each prescribed time in the order of time. The device 7 drives an alarm device. The restart device 8 restarts a program with a delay and gives a chance to be restored to a normal operation. |
