PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality of a rotor in a die casting step by performing a die casting after a rotational shaft is secured and integrated to a laminated core. CONSTITUTION:A core is first clamped, a laminated core 8 for a rotor is formed, and a rotational shaft 2 is press-fitted or shrinkage fitted integrally to the core 8. Thereafter, it is die cast in this state, and the outer diameter of the completed rotor product is eventually cut. In this manner, a die cast pin can be eliminated, vibration and noise can be reduced, and a rotor of high and stable quality can be obtained. |
