An easily openable container closure includes a shell of a unitary structure comprising a top and a cylindrical skirt and a sealing member positioned within the shell and closing an opening present in the top surface of the shell. The annular top surface portion of the shell at least has a first annular portion extending inwardly from the upper end of the skirt and a second annular portion extending downwarkly and inwardly in an inclined manner from the first annular portion, and the linking piece extending inwardly from a part of the inner peripheral edge of the annular top surface portion.
