PURPOSE:To make a primary inertia force zero, and reduce a size of a profile of a crankcase and a width of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A turning force of a crank shaft 1 generates a uniform turning motion of an idle shaft 7 in the same direction of the crank shaft 1 and a uniform turning motion of each of balancer weight shafts 12, 13 in the reverse direction of the crank shaft 1. Balancer weights WL, WR are turned at the same speed as the crank shaft 1 in the reverse direction to it. Because a primary inertia force produced at the crank shaft 1 corresponds to an effect of a reverse turning to the crank shaft 1, with a weight of Wre/2 (Wre stands for a weight of a reciprocating part) putting on a radius of a crank, the balancing of the primary inertia force may be achieved by adjusting a dynamic balance of a shaft on which three unbalance weights are loaded. |
