发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR MOISTURE OF CEREALS
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease an error of volume variation of cereal grain as little as possible and to perform highly accurate moisture measurement, by supplying a fixed volume of cereals to an electrode arranged a cathode and an anode in an vertically striped form and measuring by exposing a part of the electrode. CONSTITUTION:A belt-shaped cathode 16 is provided at the upper part of a substrate 15 and a belt-shaped anode 18 is provided at the bottom of the substrate 15 in a electrode 11 of a vertical cylindrical vessel 9 and plural belt-shaped branched cathodes 17a-17d and plural belt-shaped branched anodes 19a-19d are arranged in a vertically striped form at the middle part. By this constitution, cereal grains from a supply opening 2 are vibrated by a vibrating device 5 and a fixed weight is measured by a weighing device 8 and is supplied to a vessel 9. On this occasion, a part of the electrode is exposed and volume variation of cereal grain is carried out. For this reason, the moisture content is measured accurately by a high frequency magnetic field generated between the branched cathode and anode and the density variance is detected surely by an increase and decrease of the contact face of the cereals and then, electrostatic capacity is corrected. Hereby, an error due to capacity variance is decreased as little as possible and highly accurate moisture measurement is performed.
