PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent resistance to heat, weather and impact, by blending polyphenylene oxide, a specified rubber/arom. alkenyl monomer graft polymer and a poly-alpha-olefin. CONSTITUTION:1-100pts.wt. copolymer obtd. by grafting an arom. alkenyl monomer onto an ethylene/alpha-olefin/polyene terpolymer in a weight ratio of 1/ 20- 20/1, is mixed with 100pts.wt. polyphenylene oxide of formulaI(wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 are each H, hydrocarbon group, hydrocarbonoxy group; n>=50) which may be used together with a polymer obtd. from an arom. alkenyl monomer of formula II, wherein R5 is the same as R1; R6 is a 1- 4C alkyl. Then 0.5-10 pts.wt. poly-alpha-olefin is added to 100pts.wt. above resin compsn. |
