PURPOSE:To correctly know that a safety valve is opened by measuring the movement of a spindle of the safety valve by a displacement sensor so as to detect the opening condition of the valve. CONSTITUTION:A pressure gauge 5 is adapted to measure the pressure of a pressure chamber 10 of traction means 3 to measure the pulling force of a vertical shaft 6, which can be coupled to all places that communicate with the pressure chamber 10. A dial gauge 7 is fixed on a casing of the traction means in such a manner that the lower end of a measuring needle 11 contact the upper end of the vertical shaft 6. When high-pressure oil is supplied to the pressure chamber 10, and a spindle 2 is pulled to raise the vertical shaft 6, the measuring needle is pushed up to detect the pushing amount. Thus, the opening condition of a valve can be correctly known. |
