PURPOSE:To form the titled stamping belt free from exfoliation and excellent in strength by a method wherein a surface part having a porous stamping part in which an ink occluding part is incorporated is fused thermally to a reinforcing woven fabric. CONSTITUTION:The ink occluding part 3 is incorporated in the stamping part 5 of the surface part 7 composed of the porous stamping part 5 having a type part 4 at the tip and of a connecting part 6, and the part 7 is fused thermally to the reinforcing woven fabric 2 at the connecting part 6, whereby the stamping belt 1 is formed. The aforesaid stamping part 5 and the ink occuluding part 3 are formed by fusing thermally the powder of thermoplastic resin respectively, and moreover, the vacancy rate is set at about 40-60% in the stamping part 5 and about 60-80% in the ink occuluding part 3 (the vacancy rate of the ink occuluding part 3 is larger by 10% or above than that of the stamping part 5). |
