PURPOSE:To carry out the ditection of inner temp. accurately and to enhance durability by providing a detecting sensor of the inner temp. to the upper end of a tube in a centering mechanism carring out the expansion and the contraction of an elastic formed body. CONSTITUTION:A thermocouple 27 as an inner temp. detecting sensor of an elastic formed body 9 is provided to a hub 17 by utilizing a lower clamp ring hub 17 in a lift cylinder tube 2 and the conduit 29 of the thermocouple 27 is passed through a passage bore 17a provided to the hub 17 and a protective pipe 24 provided to the hub 17 and a lead wire 25 is issued from the lower end of the pipe 24 through a wiring joint 28 and discharged the outside of the tube 2 to be connected to a temp. recorder 26.
