FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; agriculture; medicine; household activities; based on the permanent magnets apparatuses used for the magnetic treatment of the bulk and liquid mediums. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the magnetic treatment the liquid mediums for modification of the physicochemical properties of the substances and may be used for magnetization of the liquids, the bulk materials, the agricultural seeds in the industry, agriculture, medicine, household activities, etc. The modular apparatus contains the magnetic modules installed on the pipeline, which poles envelop the pipeline. The modules are made out of the permanent magnets, each of which has two skew-angular poles. The adjacent magnets are interfaced by the similar poles without a clearance.
