The invention relates to a device for securing the fixation on spherical perimeters. These devices are used for ophthalmological examinations. It is the object of the invention to solve the fixation problem by a method which relieves the patient, enhances the quality of the examination, minimises the examination time, reduces the technological expense as compared to the known solutions of electronic fixation control and improves the reliability. The essence of the invention resides in designing the fixing point so as to be deflectable about a small central area and in reducing the concentration required from the patient by the periodic deflection at low speed.
