PURPOSE:To identify a code of a printer of itself and to print data of goods items immediately, by connecting each remote printer and a plurality of ECRs in parallel and discriminating the discrimination code of the remote printer cor- responding the types of goods at the registration of the goods. CONSTITUTION:In a large scale restaurant 1, a plurality of ECRs 2a 2d are arranged and a plurality of cooking rooms 1a-1d are provided, and remote printers 3a-3d provided in the rooms 1a-1d are connected with the ECRs 2a- 2d in parallel. A specfic identification code is given to the printers 3a-3d respectively in advance, and in registrating a food, the transfer of data to any of the printers 3a-3d is discriminated with a CPU of the ECTs 2a-2d. In accordance with the discriminated output, the registrated data and the identification code to be transmitted for the printers 3a-3d are transmitted, and the identification code is identified at a reception means of the printers 3a-3d to print a respective food cooked at the rooms 1a-1d in accordance with the identification code of itself. |
