PURPOSE:To facilitate the disengagement of a brake by enabling adjustment of working condition of the brake for a given period of time after an adjustment of an application of a brake pedal to disengage a locked brake. CONSTITUTION:When a brake pedal is applied a little excessibly an electromagnet 20 is turned into nonexcitation and a lock of a brake is released as a microswitch 14 is switched on for electrification of a transistor Q4 of a timer 28 and interruption of a transistor Q6. When the electromagnet 20 is turned into nonexcitation, although the microswitch is restored, the electromagnet 20 ceases to operate for about 1.5sec by means of operation of the timer 28, then further application of the brake or restoration of the brake on the contrary by separating a foot from the brake pedal can be made possible. |
