PURPOSE:To reduce cost of a material without generating a scrap in case of the drawing work, by providing a hole, etc. to be a reference for the next work on a product, fitting them to a receiving body, and making them the reference of work. CONSTITUTION:A material 2 having the same width W as width of a product 1 is prepared, and this material 2 is cut to length L of the product 1. At the same time or at the time of post-working, in a place having no problem regarding relatation to other member on the plate surface or its strength, 2 or more holes 3 are made by a prescribed array, or a notch is provided under the condition corresponding to the hole 3, in the peripheral part of the product 1, by which the product 1 is completed. The product is positioned and fixed, etc. in accordance with this hole 3 or the notch, and when welding and other next working are executed, no scrap is generated at all, therefore, a remarkable effect is brough on for saving resources and reducing a product cost. |
