PURPOSE:To improve bonding between the metal foil and the transparent resin, by providing the adhesive layer between them and the intermediate layer adherent to the transparent resin on the molding of which the metal foil reinforcing material is covered by the transparent resin. CONSTITUTION:Acryl type adhesive is applied and baked to the stainless steel foil 21 (or 11). Then, the intermediate layer (e.g. ABS resin) 23 adherent to the transparent resin which covers the surface and having the desired color is melt- extruded and covers the foil and further the transparent resin 22 (e.g. cellulose acetate butyrate resin) is extrusion formed. After forming, it is cooled by the cooling device 35 and an ornamental synthetic resin molding is obtained. |
