PURPOSE:To prevent a scroll from generating a crack, by constituting a mounting part of the scroll through a protrusive part contacted only with its peripheral end part to a radial nozzle and a block. CONSTITUTION:A protrusive part 5b is provided in the mounting internal peripheral part of a scroll 5 to a block 1 and housed in a stepped part 1b of the block 1. The protrusive part 5b, being formed to small size, can be integrally assumed from the point of thermal capacity with the main unit part constituting a gas passage. Further extremely small contact area to the block 1 and a radial scroll 1 decreases a heat radiation amount to a side of the block. In this way, a temperature difference between the main unit part of the scroll 5 and the protrusive part 5b constituting its mounting part is reduced, and a crack can be prevented from being caused by thermal stress. |
