发明名称 RECOVERY METHOD FOR WASTE HEAT OF HOT STOVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make effective use of the sensible heat of waste gases by urilizing the sensible heat of the waste combustion gas of a hot stove in a combustion stage for preheating of the blast in a hot stove in a blast stage and utilizing the same for preheating of air for combustion and fuel for the hot stoves. CONSTITUTION:The heat medium heated to about >=200 deg.C in a heat exchanger 3A in the lower part of the regeneration chamber 2 of a regeneration period hot stove 1A is fed through a main circulation line C1 to a heat exchanger 3B in the lower part of the regeneration chamber 2 of a blast period hot stove 1B, thereby heating the blast CA fed by a blower 7 for a blast furnace. Thence, the heat medium is fed through a line C2 to a heat exchanger 5 to preheat gaseous fuel (g) with a boiler 12 and a heat exchanger 6. Further, the air (a) for fuel combustion is preheated and is returned to the heat exchanger 3A to repeat the transfer of the heat again. When the stove 1A is changed over to the blast stage and the stove 1B to the regeneration state, the similar operations are accomplished by reversing the circulation lines for the heat medium.
