PURPOSE:To make an oscillation warning display possible by a method wherein an end of an optical fiber bundle is placed in the vicinity of a wall of a laser tube, and another end is led outside the case of a laser oscillator, and a discharging light of the laser is transmitted outward through the fiber bundle. CONSTITUTION:On a laser tube 2 which is placed in a small sized helium neon laser oscillator 8, an end 12 of an optical fiber bundle 11 is placed to be close to a wall 13 of the laser tube 2, and another end 10 is placed outside the case 5 of the laser oscillator 8 so that it may receive a strong discharge light 9 and the light may be conducted to a surface 10 of the opposite end. If the laser tube oscillates, the discharging light 9 is emitted from the end surface 10 through the fiber 11, and a warning display on laser oscillation is done. By this method a warning display on laser oscillation is made possible cheaply and easily. |
