PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency of measuring an electric characteristic, by a method wherein an electromagnetic relay is inserted in series into a power source circuit and a transistor into an input circuit to form a high-impedance circuit. CONSTITUTION:A power source 2 is connected to a power source terminal of ICs 1, 1' to be measured via relay switches 11, 11', and is individually joined to a DC measuring part 4 via relay switches 12, 12' from the ICs 1, 1' to be measured. A middle point of the connection to the measuring part 4 and an input terminal of each of the ICs 1, 1' are connected via relay switches 13, 13', and input drivers 15, 15', positioned in series to junction type FETs 14, 14' are joined to their respective input terminals. The source drain sides of the FETs 14, 14' are connected between the input drivers 15, 15' and the input terminals of the ICs 1, 1'. This permits the formation of a high impedance by means of a switching action for the power sources of the ICs 1, 1' which is performed by the switches 11, 11' and by means of a switching action for an input circuit which is conducted by the FETs 14, 14'. |
