发明名称 FUEL VOLUME DETECTING METHOD FOR COAL FIRING THERMAL POWER PLANT
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a time-elapsing variation and an error by delay in motion, by seeking volume of pulverized coal at the entry side of a boiler by adding a signal from mill differential pressure to a difference between the signal from mill differential pressure and volume of the coal given to a coal feeder. CONSTITUTION:Coal is transferred from a coal bunker by a belt of coal feeder to a turn table to be crushed by a ball, and thus crushed coal is carried to a fuel pipe 11 by conveying air from a fan. And, in order to seek volume of the coal being supplied, a speed signal 26 of the belt of coal feeder, which is obtainable from the coal feeder by r.p.m. of a motor of the coal feeder, and a load signal 27 of the coal feeder belt are operated by a multiplier 28 to seek a volume B of the pulverized coal at the entry side of the first boiler, and a volume A of the pulverized coal at the entry side of the second boiler is also sought on the basis of a mill differential pressure 21 by an orifice at the exit side of the fan. By adding the volumes A and B of the pulverized coal at the entry sides of these boilers by an adding machine 508 to seek a deviation signal D, and further, by adding this deviation signal D and the volume A of the pulverized coal at the entry side of the second boiler by an adding machine 509 to seek a volume E of the pulverized coal at the entry side of the boiler, a time-elapsing variation and an error due to delay in motion are eliminated.
