PURPOSE:To perform the doubling, trimming, and cutting of a surface skin material in only one mold by a method in which a core material is set in a lower mold, a surface skin material is covered on the core material, they are compressed for molding, the core material protruded from the molds is extended into a thinner film, and the thinly extended core and surface skin materials are both cut into various shapes. CONSTITUTION:A resin core material 20 is heated to a semi-molten state and set on the face 2a of a lower mold 2, a surface skin material 20b is placed on the core material 2, the peripheral sides of both the materials are positioned on a fixing clamp block 7 and compressed by a plate 3 and an upper mold 4, and the peripheral sides extruded from the molds by a pressing bar 10 are extended into a thinner film. The thinly extended peripheral sides are then pinched, and the thinned core material 20a with the surface skin material 20b is cut off by a cutting blade 8 for trimming. |
