PURPOSE:To simply manufacture a multi-layered instrument panel having good surface condition in a short time by a method in which the first hardened molding is obtained, and then a male or female mold is exchanged and a molding material is injected to form the second molding. CONSTITUTION:A urethane raw material is injected into a cavity 3 formed by a set of a male mold 1 and a female mold 2 for forming a base material and then hardened to form a molding 6 serving as the base material of an instrument panel. And, the male mold 1 is pulled up, the female mold 2 for formig the base material is exchanged with a female mold 2' with a concave shape different from that of the mold 2, for forming a pad material, and the male mold 1 with the molding 6 is set together with the female mold 2'. And, urethane raw material different from the raw material system is injected into the cavity 3' formed by the molding 6 and the female mold 2' through a charging port 4' and a raw material passage 5' and then hardened to form a molding 7 serving as a pad integrally combined with the molding 6. Lastly, the male mold 1 is pulled up and a panel 8 consisting of the modlings 6 and 7 is removed from the molds. |
