发明名称 CERAMIC BURNER PLATE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics of combustion of gas and improve the life of a burner plate by a method wherein the ceramic burner plate is constructed by adding Li component and the like and forming some continuous triangular projections on the surface of the burner plate. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic burner plate 1 is constructed in such a manner a composite ceramic structure composed of an alumina fiber, fibrous ceramic etc. such as silica-alumina fiber etc., and silica-alumina clay added with 0.1-0.5wt% Li and some components such as Ni, Mn, Co, Ti, Cu, Fe, Cr, V etc. are formed, and some continuous triangular projection patterns 2 are formed on said plate surface. With the above-mentioned construction, a surface temperature of the plate may be kept higher than about 900 deg.C with its heat conductivity being less than about 0.1kcal/m.h. deg.C and without any back fire. Due to the surface construction or arrangement having some triangular projections 2, high thermal radiation may be produced. Due to the presence of Li component, the content of CO in the discharged gas may be decreased and further the combustion of gas may be promoted catalytically by other components.
