PURPOSE:To obtain diluted sample quickly, surely and continuously, by sucking a required quantity of sample and a prescribed quantity of dilution liquid at first with a pipette for dilution having an expanded part of large diameter at a cent part and next, suck air then, mixing and stirring by air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:The upper side of a pipette 1 having an expanded part of large diameter at a cent part 1a is connected with a sucking means and a required quantity of a liquid sample A such as serum is sampled and next, a prescribed quantity of dilution liquid B such as a physiological saline solution is collected from a part having tapered tip end of a lower side small tube and these are taken in the expanded part. Next, after sucking the air and mixing both solution by bubbles 6, a prescribed quantity of a diluted sample C diluted in a prescribed magnification is supplied to plural recess 5a of a reaction receptacle 5. Further a prescribed quantity of dilution liquid B is sucked to the remaining discriminated quantity of dilute sample C and stirring and dispensation are repeated then, the samples of prescribed multiple are obtained by one pipette continuously and successively. |
