<p>PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of dust on surfaces and to make it difficult to receive the influence of ambient temp. by forming the optical passages of the front surfaces of photoelectric converters into a cylindrical shape, and providing air lead-in holes for flowing high pressure air in the cylindrical passages. CONSTITUTION:High pressure air is flowed into the cylindrical parts 6, 7 on the front surfaces of photoelectric elements 4, 5 through-holes 9, 10 provided on their side. Thereby, the parts between the elements 4, 5 are maintained normal at all times and the sticking of dust on the surfaces is prevented. In the case of using the converter at elevated temp., it is difficult to receive the influence of ambient temp.</p> |
