发明名称 COMBUSTION QUANTITY CONTROLLER IN VAPORIZING TYPE BURNER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable adjustment of a combustion quantity of fuel extending over a wide range by a method wherein a gas nozzle hole is diverged into a main and an auxiliary gas nozzle holes and an opening of the auxiliary gas nozzle hole is made freely adjustable, in a device wherein fuel oil vaporized through a rotary vaporizing cylinder whose base end is kept opened is spouted from a gas nozzle hole. CONSTITUTION:When a starting operation of a burner is carried out under a closing condition of an auxiliary gas nozzle hole 12b through a loop type opeing and closing unit 18, air for combustion is sent forcibly from an air blowing chamber 4. When fuel oil is supplied to a dispersing unit 13 from an oil pipe 14 under this circumstance the fuel oil is dispersed, atomized and spouted out into a combustion cylinder 1 from a dispersion end 10, which is ignited and burnt by a spark plug 30. When a vaporizing cylinder 6 is heated through its combustion heat the fuel oil is vaporized thereafter, passed through a gas duct 11 after mixing of the same with air from an air sending cylinder 8 and spouted out from a main gas nozzle hole 12a for combustion. The loop type opening and closing unit 18 is lowered by a knob 21 to increase a quantity of the combustion, and causes mixture gas to be spouted out from the auxiliary gas nozzle hole 12a.
