PURPOSE:To enable satisfying of a working condition covering a wide range, by a method wherein a tower, guiding an agitating shaft equipped with an agitating blade, is positioned so that it can freely incline against a working base for conveying the tower. CONSTITUTION:Elevating action of an arm 9 is performed through the expansion and contraction of a hudraulic cylinder 13 of an inclining mechanism H. Additionally, through the expansion and contraction of a hydraulic cylinder 12, a rotating seat bracket 10 is elevated centering around a pin 17. Furthermore, the rotating seat bracket 10 presses and pulls a rotating arm 23 through expansion and contraction of a hydraulic cylinder 14. These mechanism cause an agitating driving part 3 to be freely elevated and turned against a base machine 1. |
