PURPOSE:To obtain a safe abyssal water intake-drain device with good efficiency by providing a yoke for connecting a mooring buoy to a generating barge, an intake-drain pipe, structured into a coaxial multiple pipe, hung on the mooring buoy and a connecting tool for connecting the upper end of the intake- drain pipe to the generating barge. CONSTITUTION:A vertical mooring buoy 1, a yoke 5 for connecting the upper part of the mooring buoy to a generating barge 6, a ring shaped supporting member 7 for mooring said mooring buoy around the vertical axis rotatably using a plurality of mooring cables 4 inserted gradually into the lower part of the mooring buoy and sticked on the outer periphery, intake-drain pipes 2, 2' having a coaxial multiple structure hung on the mooring buoy 1 and slung vertically and a connecting tool 8 for intake-drain pipe, protruded on a seawater immersion sidewall part of the mooring buoy 1, for connecting the upper end of the intake-drain pipe to a generating barge 6 are provided. Cold water in an abyss is sucked from an intake pipe 3 by a pump of the generating barge 6, and is drained into sea water via a flexible hose 8 after cooling a condenser. |
