PURPOSE:To unlock a tape run operating member securely without any error by fitting an unlocking member rotatably and by positioning its center of rotation. CONSTITUTION:When a tape runs from a supply reel turntable 11 to a take-up reel turntable 12 during reproduction, recording, or fast forwarding, the end 33a of a conversion lever 33 is pressed with a pin 30 because a friction pulley 27 is rotated clockwise to rotate the lever 33 around a shaft 37 counterclockwise, and an unlocking lever 32 is rotated clockwise accordingly. Since the end 32c of the unlocking lever 32 is arranged with a gap in an eccentric cam rib 40 provided in a cam gear 18 which rotates all the time, the flank of the end 32c is deviated and brought into contact with the internal wall of the cam rib 40 with invariably small force to swing the unlocking lever 32 as the cam rib 40 rotates, so that the unlocking lever 32 swings repeately as far as the reel turntable 12 continues to rotate. |
