PURPOSE:To coat photosensitive liquid automatically on a screen and to lessen menpower by moving a bucket contg. the photosensitive liquid automatically near, further, upward, downward, forward and backward with respect to the screen extended on a frame body. CONSTITUTION:First, the height of an initial moving position correcting part 16 is corrected by operating a manual handle 17. Next, a slide member 10 is moved near a screen frame (a) by operating an oil hydraulic cylinder 8 and a holding member 13 and a bucket 12 are tilted by operating an oil hydraulic cylinder 15, until the leading edge of the bucket 12 abuts lightly on the bottom side of the screen (a'). In this state, a table 6 is moved upward by a motor drive 5, and photosensitive liquid is coated on the screen (a'). At the same time, when the leading edge of the bucket 12 comes to the top side of the screen (a'), the upward movement of the table 6 is stopped and the bucket 12 is detached from the screen (a'). Next, the table 6 is returned to the initial moving position. A series of such operations are controlled with a controller of an electro-hydraulic system, whereby the manpower is lessened. |
