FLOATING TYPE FLOWING-WATER GENERATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently purify water by a method wherein a flowing water generated by utilizing a rising water passage formed between a trumpet-shaped duct and a funnel-shaped floating body is guided to improve circulation efficiency of the flowing water in the vertical direction so that the flowing water is brought into contact with air to circulate surface water containing oxygen under water. SOLUTION: In the floating type flowing-water generating device 1, a funnel- shaped floating body 2 having an expanding upper part and floating on the surface of the water is provided, and a shaft 3 is provided in the body 2 so as to extend downward through the surface of the water. A propeller 4 is attached to the lower end of the shaft 3 connected to a drive device 5 so as to rotate about the axis, and a duct 7 with its upper part expanding in the form of trumpet is provided around the body 2. The lower end of the duct 7 is extended to downward of the propeller 4 to form an annular rising water passage 8 between the outer side surface of the body 2 and the inner side surface of the duct 7.
