PURPOSE:To reduce the assembling cost of a transformer by mounting a moisture resistance film on the inner lead or upper surface of a coil after the completion of a factory test, connecting the inner lead at the field, and then removing the film, thereby eliminating the drying work at the field. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of the inner lead of a transformer is covered with a moisture resistance film made of polypropylene or other macromolecular film after a factory test is completed. Or the upper surface of the coil is covered with a moisture resistant film, and the transformer is dispatched to a field in this state. The inner leads are connected at the field in the state to be covered with the film, or a transportation cover is removed, and the transformers is assembled at the field, and the film becoming unnecessary is removed. In this manner, the moisture at the field can be limited to sufficiently low value, thereby eliminating the drying work at the field. |
