PURPOSE:To contrive not to cause the decrease of the restoring and damping forces even at the miniaturization of the device by a structure wherein the magnetic flux densities between the inner row of teeth of a magnetc ring and the inner yoke opposing thereto and between the outer row of teeth of a magnetic ring and the outer yoke opposing thereto are rendered to be nearly equal to each other. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic gaps 11 and 12 between the inner row of teeth 9 of the inner yoke 7 and the inner row of teeth 3 of the magnetic ring 5 opposing to the inner row of teeth 9 and between the outer row of teeth 10 of the inner yoke 8 and the outer row of teeth 4 of the magnetic ring 5 have predetermined distances and the gap 11 is formed narrower than the gap 12. In addition, the predetermined face widths of the rows of teeth 4 and 10 are thinner than those of the rows of teeth 3 and 9. By the structure as described above, the magnetic flux densities of the rows of teeth 3 and 9 and of the rows of teeth 4 and 10 are rendered to be nearly equal to each other, resulting in obtaining the actions of restoring force and of damping force. |
