PURPOSE:To realize the up-down operation of a pair of light masking spectacles for welding job, etc. without using hands, by detecting the muscular movement of cheek and switching the light masking state of a protecting device. CONSTITUTION:A support part 1 containing a pressure conducting rubber 2 as a pressure detector is put over a head, and the rubber 2 detects the change of pressure caused by the muscular movement of cheek. This detection signal is supplied to a binary circuit 9 to produce the outputs which are alternately inverted by output terminals 7 and 8. These outputs are supplied to a DC motor 19 to give the forward or backward rotation to the motor 19. Accordingly a pair of light masking spectacles 18 adhered to a shaft 21 coupled to the motor 19 is feasible up-down operation without using hands. |
