摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the titled device which enables accelerating of a printing speed without changing of an operating process of a hammer, by a method wherein a spring, which forms a part of a magnetic path through conbination with a hammer, and acts on a hammer at a printing time, is attached to an electromagnetic device. CONSTITUTION:A part of a magnetic path of an electromagnetic device consists of a driving spring 10 having a higher number of free vibrations than that of a hammer 1 and one end secured to a frame 6 together with the hammer 1. When a coil 5 is non-energized, the spring 10 is sucked to a core 4 togetherwith the hammer 1 to be deformed elastically. With the coil 5 energized, the hammer 1 and the spring 10 are released from the electromagnetic device through flow of a current to a coil 5, which causes moving of the hammer 1 to the direction of a platen 9 through the elastic energy of the hammer 1 itself and the elastic energy of the spring 10.
